Timeline: Junior Year

The summer started off with my best friend, Alex, leaving for a whole month. She was accepted into a prestigious writing program, CSSSA, down in LA. This was especially hard for me because I barely saw her in the school year anymore because she went to Gunn, but the summer was when we made up for time lost. So instead I wrote her letters with different Disney themes to make her smile. I drew a Little Mermaid one and an UP one.
Since Alex was not here for the summer, I seemed very lethargic and lazy to my mother. She insisted I find a project to keep me busy over the summer. SO, I decided to weave a bag out of bailing twine, a twine used to hold bales of hay together.
I improvised a weaving board with duct tape and ply wood.

I had to burn the twine, so it melted and wouldn't untie. I found out apparently duct tape melts.

Finished product!!
Ande bought Zazu and she let be ride bareback with her. Also, why not have another picture of a horse on this timeline?

We also went to Santa Cruz in the summer before Junior year. We went to Boardwalk and stayed out until after the sun set.

This is Alfonzo, the adorable little lizard that Ande, Cassi and I found in my backyard.

My duct tape collection has been growing. Also, Star Trek Into Darkness came out on Bluray and proceeded to be one of my favorite movies.

Homecoming III, or part the Junior year. Our theme was OZ. I'm not sure exactly, but we had this cool OZ thing going.

This was our tornado planter. It was basically a bunch of wreckage and a giant tornado. It was my favorite because I helped make it.

Day of homecoming with the awesome one five face paint. Green headband for OZ.

BIRTHDAY TIME. I decided to get a Despicable Me Minion cake for my birthday because it was super cute. I also got neon yellow converse.

In November of 2013, my Dad told us to meet him somewhere. My mom wouldn't tell me where we were going, but I didn't start to get suspicious until she finally said Stevens Creek. That's the street with all the car dealerships. And sure enough, we pulled into the Ford dealership. When we all walked in, my Dad went up to the salesman and said "Hi, I called about the mustang?" And that is where I lost it. I was getting a mustang. A red 2014 mustang. I was so ecstatic.

I haven't posted a picture of Abby in a while, so let the cute cat pictures commence!!

Why are you taking a picture of me?!?

Fierce game face

Sassy faces

She decided the best place to sleep would be on top of all my clothes and stuff. So obviously, making it impossible for me to clean my room because it would take away her bed.

CHRISTMAS!!

I can't remember why she's making a face at me, but I think I wrapped her chair in paper and forced her to sit in it.

Added for the sole purpose of I don't catch his funny faces on camera often.

Small obsession with fire.
Seussical Jr. was the play at Meyerholz this year. I was in charge of running sound this year but had Claire to help me out. I also majorly helped my mom with painting the sets. She was in charge of them that year, and I practically painted an entire side stage.

I was the one who painted majority of this.

Center Stage

This year I was also asked by Mr. Keck and Mr. Patel, the fifth grade teachers at Meyerholz to be a cabin leader for their science camp. It was a whole lot of fun. It's a different world up there filled with positive energy and experiences you will never forget. Below are all the cabin leaders.

Junior Prom also was a lot of fun! I mostly hung out with Makenzie because neither of us had dates.

Friends and pictures!
APLAC was probably the hardest class I took Junior year. Even through the toughest times, I became friends with my classmates and together we pulled through. We even had some fun along the way when we had to make goofy video projects.

Once upon a time, there was this game, called 2048. It was a difficult game giving strife to many a player. The goal was simple, yet the journey not so much. Then one day, a valiant knight came riding in, prepared to battle this impossible game until defeat; however, the knight proved to be victorious and vanquished the game, along with the obsession. The End.

Translation: I won 2048
Laurie, being older than me, was in her final year of college this year. So we had to go down to her graduation and watcher her graduate. So we road-tripped down to LA to see her.

I FOUND COFFEE ON THE ROAD!

So fancy, It doesn't even have tables. A REAL drive through.
Thus ends the year of Junior. It was an interesting, but sometimes painful, year. But to top it all of nicely, here is yet another picture of my beautiful kitty cat.
